What are some opinions on choices of beds for a young lady - elementary school?
I'd like some pros and cons on trundle beds, days beds, twin, full? Medium size bedroom.

- Oh, Jc Penney has really cute sets online that are actually pretty affordable. I would get a full size bed so that it can last all the way through high school. Trundles are always a plus for friends sleeping over, but then it takes away storage under the bed. I did love my trundle though!
- full size= too big for a medium size room with a small size kid trundle= good for sleepovers day bed= almost the same as twin, no boxspring, almost always has to be against a wall twin= pretty perfect for a little kid get a trundle or twin. find a bed you like.
- this is the bed that my friend got for her 12 year old girl. Westboro Queen Bed, Chestnut http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5614472 Its rich Chestnut lacquered finish is water, stain and scratch resistant. This stylish Queen headboard and footboard feature an inset frame and durable solid pine slats for ultimate support.
- get her a full sized bed. the kids i babysit are in elem school and both have full sized beds. the best part is you won't need to worry about spending another $500 in a few years when they out grow the smaller bed
- i have a trundle for one daughter, it's ok but we have to move the night stand when ever we use the trundle and you can't put anything in the spot where the bed comes out. i think kids should have twin beds so they can have more room in their bedroom to play
