How can I prevent my outdoor cat from peeing and pooping in my flower and veggie beds?
There is a big yard for her. I know she is going through my flower beds and veggies beds. Do cats dig small wholes? What is a sure detainer for her not to go there? THanks. Also how do you stop the pee smell throughout the yard? Thanks!

- Ive heard throwing mothballs in your flower beds keep em out but not 100% on that. there are also those electronic animal detractors that make noise when they get too close to your flowers. It doesn't hurt them just shoos them away. Anyway good luck with your pet.
- Like the other answer, mothballs are a good deterrent or try putting something spicy there like pepper plants. I always had problems with cats and dogs entering my yard/garden. After I planted peppers there, they stopped coming. The smell should just go away after the cat stops doing it thing there. I hope this helps.
- She's going there because cats like to go in soft dirt. Sprinkle pine cones and gumballs around, they don't like to walk over anything scratchy like that. You could also try sprinkling peels from citrus fruits around, they don't like the smell.
- move it inside on ur carpet
