What do you do with your old mattresses and pillows?

I just bought new mattresses and pillows for my daughters' beds. How do I dispose of the old mattresses and pillows?

1. Give it to goodwill or recycle!
2. I put my old ones up on my area's craigslist and freecycle... Then I advertise them on Facebook's marketplace, and hope that someone wants them. If not, I take them to goodwill.
