Is there a greener alternative to modern sprung or polyurethane mattresses?
Other than sleeping on the floor or a board... Feather mattresses seem like a good idea but they are mostly designed to go on top of a sprung mattress, and thicker ones are SERIOUSLY expensive. Seems to me a good night's sleep shouldn't be so costly!

- A giant pile of silk, which is made by silk worms. Or a giant pile of moss. watch out for bugs!
