Will sheets that can fit up to 18" mattresses fit well on a 12" mattress?

There's a sale on sheets and the package said it fits up to 18" mattresses. Does this mean that it will be too big for a 12" mattress? The sheets have elastic all around the edges, if that matters.

Hi, sure a sheet that fits a 18 inch mattress will fit any size smaller in size. you pull it further under the corner of the mattress and you can use a set of slap on holders if your using a sq. not fitted sheet to do the same thing. The size was in crested do to pillow tops and then adding contoured form, but if your do all of that they still fit fine.
